About Kinsey

After 25 years of following a vegetarian/vegan diet, Kinsey became seriously ill and was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, hypothyroidism, alopecia areata, and infertility. Drawing on her scientific background, she launched into a determined search for alternatives to the pharmaceuticals doctors presented as her only option.

Her research led her to the Paleo diet, which, combined with natural remedies, helped put her autoimmune conditions into remission. Driven by these results and building on her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biopsychology, she pursued a Master of Science in Human Nutrition to expand her insights into the role of nutrition in disease prevention and management.

Since then, Kinsey has worked with leading nutraceutical companies and developed expertise in using supplements as a powerful adjunct therapy for addressing the biochemical foundations of various health conditions.*
